What you’ll need
Simply gather the name, payment address, account number and balance to pay for the other card provider.
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
When you transfer balances, the other card remains open until you request to close the card. If you wish to close the old card account, please contact the card provider after the balance transfer has been completed and the balance reflects zero.
