Make Payments On the Go

Making a payment to your Dominion Energy CU loan has never been easier. With EZ Pay, you can make a loan payment online anytime using your checking account or debit card from another financial institution. Simplify life even more by setting up recurring payments. EZ Pay is available for credit card and loan accounts (excluding first mortgages).

• Payments made from your checking account via ACH are free
• A convenience fee of $4.95 will be added for each loan payment made using a debit card
• Payments made by debit card and ACH by 3:00 pm ET on a business day will be credited the same day; otherwise next business day. Please account for this processing time when scheduling your payment to avoid late charges
• Payments to non-credit cards “other loans” will post within minutes or 9 AM on a scheduled payment.
• If you currently have payroll deduction or direct deposit set up to automatically pay your loan, EZ Pay won't cancel previously scheduled payments

Please note: For security reasons, payments using external debit cards/checking accounts cannot be made by phone via Member Services. If a transaction made with a debit card is reversed for any reason, the loan payment will also be reversed and subject to a return item fee. If your payment is 30+ days late, call member services to make payment arrangements. Please ensure you are paying at least the scheduled payment amount as outlined on your billing statement. Minimum payment of $5 and maximum of $3,000.
