We’ve added the ability for members to report lost or stolen credit cards in Online Banking. Just click “Report Cards Lost/Stolen” to submit a report, which will shut down your credit union card immediately and initiate a card replacement and/or fraud management process.
You can also enable VISA fraud alerts in Online Banking, which will allow you to receive text messages if we find suspicious activity on your credit card.
You can still call Cardholder Services to report your card lost/stolen. |
